How to Join the CLIP Program
Our program accepts students all year long. This means you can apply and join at any time! Here’s how the process works:
-
Get Information: Interested students and families can contact the RLC main office to set up a meeting with Principal Bosshart. This meeting will give you a chance to learn more about the CLIP program, tour the school, and ask any questions you might have.
-
Apply: If you decide you want to apply, you’ll need to fill out some paperwork and an application form. After the school reviews everything, someone will contact you about the next steps.
-
Meet Your Advisor: Once you’re approved, you’ll be assigned a program advisor. They will help you set up a meeting with you and your parents to create a plan for your learning, as required by state rules.
Steps for Interested Students:
-
Check out the website to learn about the CLIP/CLEAR program.
-
If you're currently at Cedarcrest High School, meet with your school counselor to see if the CLIP program is a good fit for you.
-
Talk to your parents/guardians about your decision.
-
Call the RLC office at 425-844-4960 to schedule your informational meeting with the staff.
After the Informational Meeting (if you're approved for enrollment):
-
Clear any fines or fees at your old school.
-
Withdraw from your previous school (the RLC Registrar will help you with this).
-
Meet with your new advisor to set up your class schedule and plan.
-
Start classes at your new school
We look forward to helping you on your educational journey!
