Site-Based Council is a building based team designed to facilitate effective shared decision-making. The Site-Based Council will develop a budgeting plan for the use of funds and allocate resources. Additionally, the Council meets to interpret and implement assigned tasks as outlined in the collective bargaining agreement. The Council also may oversee professional development planning and collaborative time, problem-solve systematic issues, and implement school improvement plans.
